They are selling appliances that don't work and are taking advantage of people. We thought we were buying scratch and dent but it turns out the appliances we bough are used and we didn't know about it. They don't tell you until something goes wrong and you have to call for a service (We had two service calls, one was free but the second on ended up costing us $500 just let us know that we had ice build up inside the fridge) then you know the appliances you bought are used.

The customer service was excellent. They worked hard to rectify and fix a situation that arose with one of the appliances I purchased and I am really pleased with this company as a whole. I will indeed recommend to other landlords that I know.
