Ubisoft ubisoft game and account managment and support services

I recently bought a game with steam and had to create an account on Ubisoft. I didn't notice that I had accidently used the wrong email address. So, I created a new email using the same one I put on the Ubisoft account to change email address, but I wasn't getting any emails. I also tried to contact Ubisoft support, but it kept telling me to make a case and when I would, nothing was getting solved. I tried looking up phone numbers to call an actual person from Ubisoft support, but nothing has worked. The game that I bought kept erasing my progress and I had to start from the beginning again.

Desired outcome: id like to change email addresses on my Ubisoft account, fix the game problem I have, and I would like to talk to someone that can help me.

Ubisoft Ubisoft connect - Rainbow Siege

Ubisoft Connect works properly for barely 2 days and then it can't connect AGAIN to servers. Therefore I cannot play the game I spent MONEY to buy, Rainbow Siege. The game is also connected with Steam, where I bought it. This has been happening the last 2 months and I couldn't play my game in a 2-week period. So I abandoned it and tried a month later to enter. And don't you dare [censored] me about trying reinstalling your useless app, because I did it 3 times 3 different days and still doesn't work. Find a way to fix it or I demand a refund.

Helpful tips: Fire your personel who can't make it work properly and get new ones who may can.

My rate for your "Ubisoft Connect" app is 0 so you know from every aspect.

Ubisoft Ubisoft Game: South Park Phone Destroyer

In the Ubisoft Game: South Park Phone Destroyer, I was deprived of a premium card pack reward of ten superhero pack cards.this was today, May 6, 2024, at 14:08 est.

I’ve contacted Ubisoft via in-game support, and on their twitter page today. But this has happened before and instead of addressing the issue I was kicked from my Ubisoft Game: South Park Phone Destroyer team.

Just looking for what was promised, but they are acting like they couldn’t care less.

Ubisoft rainbow six siege abandoned sanction

I was in a unranked game and my grandmother fell over in my house and was bleeding out so I had to take her to the nearest hospital that was 20 minutes away from my house and when I came back I was banned for two days and I am still waiting, I would like to be unbanned immediately because I had to save my family members life and for being kicked from an UNRANKED game I am banned for two days

Ubisoft Failed to finalized my order

I tried to buy a game through their website and always after putting in my card details and pressing buy I was getting the message "oops something went wrong". I contacted my bank to make sure everything works with my card and they said my card is fine and the problem is on their end.

So I decided to contact their support hopefully to help me with that said problem

Their answers were too generic emphasizing that this is my problem even when I told them that on a different website and different organization, my card works perfectly. The other problem was that every time someone was getting back to me it wasn't the same person but a different one suggesting what the other person has already said.

I'm attaching also 4 pictures of our conversation.

Desired outcome: The problem did not resolve and the product I wanted, because it was limited time only now, is out of the store.

Ubisoft Far Cry Servers

I'm sure that this is not a unique complaint as I have reviewed other consumer's experiences. Ubisoft's gaming servers are clearly deficient. I, as well as others I have discussed this subject, have no choice but to discontinue any purchase associated with Ubisoft. Your demonstrated ongoing disregard for your customers (and by this I mean server issues extending at least the last four years) leaves me feeling overwhelmingly embarrassed with myself if I continue any relationship with Ubisoft.

For the sake of your employees (paychecks, etc.) and consumers, I hope you make dedicated efforts to resolve your increasingly poor reputation within the gaming industry.

Ubisoft Ubisoft account hacked and recovery denied despite providing proof of ownership.

I've contacted Ubisoft chat support since I didn't get any password recovery e-mails - I have not accessed my account for a few years and I just wanted to uninstall an old game I haven't played in ages.

During the course of the conversation I learned that my account has been hacked and e-mail changed to a different one, and that's the reason why I haven't been receving password reset e-maiils.

Despite providing:

- launcher log

- screenshot from my e-mail confirming The Division 2 purchase via Ubisoft store with my username visible

- screenshot from my PayPal confirming payment for The Divison 2 order

I was told to present screenshots from Steam of any purchase from Ubisoft - I have been unable to present it because I don't have any purchases meeting the criteria. I only have an activated The Divison 1 in my "Licenses and product key activations" but that wasn't enough.

I've been asked repeatedly for the same thing, that does not exist. After explaning that it's not possible for me to provide screenshot requested because no such purchases have been made via Steam that would meet the criteria, the support agent disconnected. I demanded to escalate my case and to be instructed where I can file an formal complaint - both these requests have been ignored.

You [censored]ing [censored] game with your awful servers kicking me out the game for no reason then not allowing me to join back now am going to get banned fix your [censored]ing [censored] servers you piece of [censored]s. This game has been here for almost a decade and servers are still [censored]. Am trying to join now as we speake but it [censored]ing says connection faliure noiw am going to get a ban what a [censored] [censored]ing game. I was winning as well. My mmr right now is emrelad 3 93points before getting banned. I don't give to [censored]s I want my points back when I lose by 50 cuz of your [censored] servers if I dont get it back am going to uninstall. My gamertag on ps4 is exiledknight6. Ubisoft Mass commercial marketing fraud

Ubisoft has consistently, despite numerous complaints and demands that they adhere to regulations that exist to protect customers, released faulty & incomplete products by the millions.

The have willingly and knowingly placed the responsibility of repairing their product wholly on the consumer; by demanding that the consumer purchase services from other corporations (Internet Service Providers), expecting the consumer to allocate large amounts of limited high speed data access to continually download new patches to their software/product, and have even gone so far as to establish a program that has existed for 15 year, to refuse to finish the product and sell it whole from its first moments of creation, specifically to make the consumer pay even more money to acquire the complete product through more usage of their data in purchasing "downloadable content", or otherwise content that was always meant to be a part of the product from day 1 but was removed/scheduled to be completed after the sale of their product to be sold seperately for extra proffit.

They have refused to setup a system where upon physical and complete editions of their products can be purchased and instead demanded that the consumer physically relocate to a territory where they can purchase access to an ISP to resolve tge problems they themselves have created.

Currently this is Fraud transpiring across State lines in the United States, also called Organized Crime.

Desired outcome: All Ubisoft products should be sold in a complete state.All fraudulent products must have a warning that they are "Alpha Builds" that require internet access to function, at least 50% the size of the Title, on the front cover.

Ubisoft Massive entertainment

Overwhelming amount of hackers in Tom Clancys the Division game for PC and not one single person either from Ubisoft or Massive Entertainment has resolved this issue by applying one single update! I have been reporting players for years and now it is beyond a joke every day I play there is 99% chance of bumping in to hackers and this is causing me to suffer a tort. Not to mention the game disclaimer is now VOID and the companies are well open for a law suit!

Desired outcome: Update the game with a security patch to scan for unauthorised use of third party software being used in the background of the game to enhance performance.

Ubisoft Rainbow six siege

I achieved the rank of platinum last season therefore I should receive a plat charm. However that is not the case and it has yet to be added to my inventory. It was a big achievement for me so I am really distraught that they will not reward me with the charm. I play on Xbox Series x and my gamertag is Raccoonn FF. Feel free to search up my r6 tracker.

Ubisoft I have been locked out of my account.

I have been locked out of my account for over 2 weeks for literally no reason. The website has a faulty reCAPTCHA. I have been trying to buy AC Valhalla for pc since the beginning of October. I have since missed a huge discount for the title and I'm extremely upset about it. I have missed discounts for this reason, it needs to be resolved immediately or i will be forced to leave a review and take my business elsewhere. This is not fair to me and as a fan of the series. I have missed an initial discount of $17 for the title and now have to pay $60 IF and WHEN my account gets unlocked. Please make this right. This is my last attempt of reaching out.

Desired outcome: honor my deserved discount for the pc version of Assassin's Creed Valhalla and unlock my account from logging in. This is an Ubisoft error not mine.

Ubisoft Splinter Cell Blacklist

Please please please Bring back Splinter Cell Blacklist servers at least until you release a new Splinter Cell. This game has been something my uncle and I have been playing since Christmas 2013. We are extremely sad about the shut down and would love to continue playing. We would love to see it come back, thank you for taking the time to read this. 10/6/2022

i own a account on Ubisoft. 2 accounts, one i cant get in. go's by the name,,, andrewcox2003, or something like that, [protected]@gmail. maybe,..,., an, ,.,.,.,.STEAM! assassins creed brotherhood. it is on that, account, i forgot my password. to that account, an the Gmail, don't work., i wanted to use my other account., but no. it needs a cd key. mmm. well, now what, ,.,my new account andrewcox21075 cant use the games., an cant recover the password of the other. idk if they used the same email or what., but i cant get back into it. i own mutiple games on it. that are on my STEAM!. not ubisoft actualy., but no. still dont own them i guess., god. idk., brahhh, GOT TO HAVE UBISOFT TO PLAY GAMES YOU OWN> THAT ARE SOMEWHY ON STEAM> LIKE BRAH. i just want my orignal accont back, ,.,..,. i not entirealy sure on the orignals acconts name. but i do know those games are on my steam accont. an i cant play em.,

Ubisoft Assassin's creed valhalla old wounds not working

For 2 years know in old wounds rollo has been stuck in the brothel i will not come out. I have contacted yous multiple times since last year up loaded videos and pic of patch notes which are alway up to date. But all you do is strung me a long with Generic Response As of yet nothing has happened I still cannot access Rollo just take door of. I cannot complete this game until this is sorted You are a shocking company who will not support loyal fans Surely this can be sorted in a matter of days with the Development team. And now yous are bringing out a new game marage just goes to show yous are putting profit before loyalty absolutely Disgusting stop giving me we are working on it crap if yous were it would be done by now. All pic and video are in the forum and in my cases so dont even ask me look yourself

Ubisoft Rainbow 6 Siege

I received a 23 hour abandon penalty for leaving an UNRANKED match in Rainbow 6 Siege. The video about temporary band only mentions the possibility of being banned in RANKED matches, not unranked. Furthermore, my ping reached a height of 3500 causing my game to crash and I simply couldn’t reconnect with playable ping. Please lift my unreasonable ban penalty as soon as possible, this is ridiculous.

Ubisoft Ubisoft account customer support

I made a mistake on my password 2x times, so i decided to change the password before i get blocked.

After I changed the password, I tryied to log in and it said that I was blocked for to many atempts.

I contacted customer support and was greeted with the worst custumer support i had all my life rude and not willing to help in any way. So im blocked for 24hous for no appearing reason, and they can not do nothing about it, when I was to do a formel complain they sad i could not do one. That dosn't seems legal but any way.

Desired outcome: unblock my account and if you appeared to miss the first security step like the password use the other security steps before blocking the account. just ask the guys on steam how the do it....
