Me and my Aunt *** went to Miami Valley Gaming and played on a machine with the max bet. She hit and we got free games. During the free games, we hit five super jackpots and with the rules of the game on max bet with five super jackpots and free game spins, you win 250,000. The wheel kept spinning during the free games, so we called for help. The evidence of that happening didn't show up on the machine. The helper asked if we wanted the supervisor and we said yes. The supervisor said he couldn't help us because the games only go back so far and he wouldn't pull up any of the camera to see the jackpots on the screen.

He said my Ohio ID couldn't be read by the scanner and he wouldn't let me in even though I'm a loyal customer who visits every weekend. I have an MVG Club and have used that same ID to enter before with no problems until that night. Sometimes a supervisor has been called to review my ID and there were no issues. I spend over $1000 every month and just want to win some of my money back. I'm telling you this because it doesn't seem like the usual way of doing things. A regular customer shouldn't be treated like this. After being turned away, I went to another casino to see if their scanner had the same problem. They checked my ID and it worked fine. Before I complain to the Federal Trade Commission, I want to hear from MVG.
