I visited Turkey Hill on Manor St, Lancaster PA on the morning of July 10. The parking lot, alongside store and behind are filled with trash. The store looks dirty from any angle you walk up to it. Especially with Covid, I do not want to go in a store that isn't taken care of. Then I think they may not be adhering to cleaning to cut down virus transmission

I went into your store located at 701 N Plum St, Lancaster PA, 17602 and there were tons of customers in the store not wearing masks and some of the store employees as well. Also there's an older gentlemen that works there that uses an oxygen tank and he's normally very nice and I'm sure he was having a rough day because the freezer was broken and he had to remove all of the ice cream from the freezer however, his treatment towards me was unacceptable. I did not see the signs on the freezer nor did I realize what he was doing and I was looking for ice cream. (I honestly assumed the signs were about wearing a face covering because they are all over the store so I didn't read them) he looked at me and very rudely said "You're not seriously looking for ice cream right now are you"? I said "Why yes I am". He said "Its 95 degrees in the freezer and rolled his eyes at me". Not nice at all!

The new praline pecan ice cream is horrible! I contacted customer service to find out why I have not been able to purchase the original delicious butter pecan and I was told that it had been retired! Are you kidding me, I said?!
The company needs to retire this new (reformulated version) per representative christian. You need to retire this unexceptable replacement and bring back the best flavor you have! Why does companies insist on fixing things that are not broken? I am so angry right now! I am an ice cream connoisseur and I know what tastes good. Second place is butter almond & chocolate. I would even love to see plain butter almond! Now that would be great also! But you guys need to rethink this thing because this praline pecan sucks! The nuts are way too sweet and taste like you are eating sweet and/or bitter rocks! Shame on turkey hill! If this doesn't change, I am going back to haagan daaz which is the best but I try to cut down on the cholesterol and calories. Whom ever is responsible for this change is clueless when it comes to taste and quality!

I purchased a 48fl. oz of Cookies and Cream Ice Cream from our local grocery store. And it didn't have any cookies in it. It was vanilla ice cream. This ice cream is $4.00 and I expect to get what I am paying for. If I wanted Vanilla ice cream I would of purchased vanilla ice cream. I have posted pictures of the "Cookies and Cream" (No Cookies) Ice Cream.

I'm not a happy customer and Turkey Hill is my favorite ice cream.

Second time I have had NO CHERRIES in the container.

Maybe I should buy vanilla and get some cherries!

I've included pictures of the container, code on the bottom, and inside showing the total lack of plump cherries as pictured and mentioned in writing.

While making ice cream cones for Grandchildren over the weekend, I was scooping into the middle of a gallon carton of Vanilla ice cream when I noticed something that was the same color as the product but upon closer inspection, I realized that it was a piece of a pumpkin seed outer shell. I have a picture if you wish to see it. It definitely happened during processing.

This girl gave me cheese fries that were still limp and still cold. I think her name is violet blond hair squeaky annoying slow talks too much sucks at making food. I've been served by her a few times and now I refuse to get food if I see her behind the line. She doesn't even like dealing with customers or helping her coworkers. Even on register she'll keep cleaning rather than help a line that's almost to the hoagies or help two customers while the other lady is on break. Someone needs to talk to her or I'm not coming back and I'm a frequent customer.

I purchased a half gallon of ice cream yesterday and when we started dishing out our portions, it turns out there is no cookies in this batch. It appears to pretty much be vanilla ice cream. We have never had this issue in the past when purchasing Turkey Hill products. We also purchas many gallons of your diet iced tea on a weekly basis and have no complaints. Just dissatisfied with the ice cream we had bought.

Eneida the employee told me it wasn't her problem. She's nothing but rude to everyone, my husband is allergic to penicillin so this could of been very harmful to him. The manager isn't in til tomorrow so I'll have to wait to speak to him.
This 350 minimum is a real hassle also I can see 200 minimum but this is ridiculous
