She asked for my id n I said I'm 40 n I showed 9t to her in my wallet n she said no I need it so I said ok but I'm in a hurry I put it on the container n it kind of flew or I should I say skimmed the counter and she said(Kikitah) I was rude I'm not selling you cigarettes! unbelievable! She wouldn't! I didn't do anything! I jus cnt believe this 40yrs old n never happened!

I am tired of this guys disrespectful work ethic. He is rude to customers and a lot of time he leaves customers standing waiting to pay while he is putting cigarettes away or doing other tasks that should not be done with paying customers waiting. I have used this turkey hill for years and I have a lot of friends and neighbors that we discussed why this guy still has a job. Me and them have most all decided to start driving to sheets because of his lack of customer service. You are losing customers because of him and thought it was the right thing to notify you of the displeasure that is floating around him. It may be time to do a video review and see how rude and ignorant he acts. Multiple people told me that if they pull in and see him they just back out and to sheets. He needs told that when people are standing at the register he needs to stop what he’s doing and take there money. I love turkey hills but if he continues to work there we all will be using sheets in the future. Enough is enough

Manager at carey ave in wilkes barre pa is seriously disrespectful and ignorant. Let's her friends and their kids come in giving them everything free. And letting the kids run around busting [censored] and spilling [censored] everywhere. It's literally a little kid playground. And nothing is said to these kids as their running around knocking [censored] over and knocking [censored] out of people's hands.

My daughter in law is pregnant and has a craving for your black cherry ice cream. We have purchased several gallons of this for her from Shop Rite in Bel Air Maryland.

This ice cream has no color and doesn’t taste much like cherry and in one carton there was only one cherry. We don’t normally buy your brand because of the cost, but this was meant as a treat for our girl. We are so disappointed in this product. Please respond

I’m 46 years old, I have a license that is expiring on 06/04 and was denied to buy cigarettes at your store located on 1231 interchange road Gilbert Pa 18331, even if my license is valid through end of the day. The manager refused to give me corporate number or complain form or even his last name. I know he’s name is Parth. I’m a customer of turkey hill for over 20 years and I’m deeply disappointed.

The new mad cola flavor slushy is absolutely disgusting! No one who wants a slushy cola flavored wants a knock off brand of coke! That’s ridiculous bring back Coca Cola slushes!

I interviewed with a manager named Terry at 170 East Main St., Middletown, PA 17057. This woman proceeded to tell me her entire life story; (after kicking off her shoes and propping her filthy bare feet on the desk) all about her husband and kids and new boat and cars and working for Amazon blah, blah, blah... Terry then proceeded to tell me horror stories about drunken men following her around, because she is so desirable, and urinating in her sink. At no time did Terry mention any job duties, pay schedule, benefits, hours or anything about a position at Turkey Hill. I was hoping for a part time position. I work full time as a medical billing specialist. After an hour of listening to her babbling I stopped her mid - sentence and walked away. Terry needs professional help. Her attention - seeking, narcissistic behaviors should be addressed. There is NO WAY this person should hold a managerial position. I am 55 years old and she repeatedly called me "Hon". I have never met anyone as unprofessional as Terry. I have told everyone I know, including the physicians for whom I work. They agree that Terry may require a bit of help. The"Toxic Terry" Turkey Hill will not receive any business from myself or my associates.

A employee name yuki messed up my numbers for lottery a couple days before I went back on saturday 4/2 approximately 9:30am. Yuki was there again i was telling her my numbers and she told me not to speak to her in that tone or she wasn’t going to service me. She doesn’t have to talk to me that way. She went around the counter I though she was coming to hit me so I encounter her and she was yelling at me on the sales floor I was yelling that was very unprofessional.

Rt 39 Hershey drive… a few cashiers are rude ignorant stand around and do nothing but be on their phones.. tell you to hold on a minute while they’re looking on their phones you can tell that nothing is being done in the store things are dirty counters are not wiped I go there for cigarettes every evening and the different employees are not doing anything half the stuff is not stocked.. they need to fire these employees but I cannot find the regional manager to let him know that these things are happening when I go there going to take my business elsewhere the names of the employees are Brian Maggie Angela it seems that the regional manager doesn’t want to speak with me over this issue it seems that he is not doing his job and they all need to be fired… The manager there is the most sweetest person you wanna meet but it seems that she cannot fire them because of the regional manager he is playing favoritism….

One of your employees David evalenko is rude ignorant he works at 560 N Main Ave scranton pa he goes to work high you could smell it on him he's ignorant to everyone he keeps harassing me when I go there and over the phone makes you wait til he's done talking on phone or texting or when he jokes around with his manager jessica banks then hell wait on you when he's done you ask him about a product he's rude has attitude something needs to be done with him or I'll stop shopping there and I'll tell my friends not to also and you'll lose business and customers

Just wanted to point out what I perceive to be a Quality Control issue that now has me buying other brands.

At first, I thought you just started adding way too many chocolate chips for my liking, but after about half dozen tubs with the same issue, the last of which was contaminated throughout with what appears to be chocolate chip "sludge", I've changed my mind.

I've enjoyed Turkey Hill products for quite a few years now. Tried a new flavor recently that was pretty good (I think Hot Tin Roof was in the name) and I prefer buying your brand for at least a couple reasons. With the Choco Mint Chip (the primary flavor I purchase), I prefer the small chips over other brands large chips. For all of your flavors, I prefer your brand for the price. Never had a problem with the quality of your product until now.

You hired a new employee by the name Doug & he has told several people that he got away with stealing 12 CARTONS OF CIGARETTES FROM Turkey Hill convient store/ gas. 6 cartons of Marlboro regular and Newport box 100. If you keep allowing him to stay there working. I won't hesitate to take further action and see you loose this convient store/ gas on Baltimore Street.

To whom it may concern. First thing you hired a bad employee Doug. I proceeded into your store Turkey Hill convient store when there was noone around. I heard giggling in the back in the back & since I'm a lawyer I proceeded to look in the back where your office is and your employee Doug was putting items into a large backpack for a white female with red long hair medium built with 6 Cartons of cigarettes which was Newports 100 box and snacks and goodies drinks toilet paper frozen dinners can goods beef stew etc I will proceed to take matters my way if you dont fire him. Make sure he doesn't get hired in no other food chain.

Went to Turkey hill on Hershey avenue I. Lancaster pa 17603 and the manager refused to let my service dog in so I walked all the way back home to retrieve his service tag and returned to the store where the manager still refused to let me and my service dog in regardless with or without tag but yet employees can walk in with their normal house dogs and have no problem but they deny a real service dog

Hello. Today (11/01/21) Around 2pm I Visited A Turkey Hill Store And Felt Very Uncomfortable Going In. The Employees Were Not Very Welcoming And Pretty Rude. I Won't Be Visiting This Location Again. Very Dissatisfied.
