I purchased gas on 8/9/20 with a credit card. Cashier told me if I didn't pump full amount, she would apply a credit to the card. I asked her if I need to report back to her. She said I did not. After checking my account today, the original $30 charge was posted to my account. My purchase totaled $19 and some change. The balance of $10.xx was not credited to my account and is not listed as pending.

A credit of $10.xx is due to me and the receipt is attached for your reference.

I'm complaining about an employee named Joe that's all I said on his name tag very unprofessional with that I used to be a regular Customer loyalty you guys used to come every day until I had an episode with the gentleman named Joe that basically start cussing using vulgar parts of violence try to fight me for no apparent reason except that he wanted to close early I overheard him talking with the other employee missing teeth seem like you was hired off the streets nvery unprofessional he seemed very comfortable on treating people like crap and talking to them with a raised voice using vulgar and cussing how long has he been doing this is this what you guys practice with your employees to talk down your customers and threatened them with violence I'm just wonder how long this is been going on and I would like to make a note of this immediately

A few days ago I purchased one 1/2 gal fruit punch drink from a supermarket called Key Food. I was very disappointed with the taste of the drink. It was changed from the previous formula. This fruit punch flavor is not right. It taste bitter and does not have any flavor of fruit punch in it.

Please change your mixing formula and bring back the original fruit punch flavor.
