Turkey Hill Dairy review: Customer service

I posted earlier I want this to be an official complaint waited 15 minutes at line at bland and Turkey Hill after watching two cashiers one look like she was changing shifts the other look like she was walking around getting free stuff with some coupon she had she was picking up stuff and walking around the store and walking outside all the while there's lottery line three people in line it took 15 minutes to get out when I question them I was told by the lady there and just to make sure I know who it was I'm not being racist but she was a colored woman, and she told me that if I didn't like it I could get out she told me that they were changing shifts and they didn't need my attitude they're doing the best they can. I don't need her attitude I pay you for service I don't pay to get attitude. You have redner's rudders sheets lots of competition within less than 5 mi from Turkey Hill. I understand this is a busy store but no way should a cashier employee ever tell me if I don't like it get out. I have 40 years in retail experience and that is unacceptable if it would have been a man I might have picked a fight with him and punch them right in the nose not literally.

What kind of customer service do you train when a new employee who hasn't been there that on tells the customer if they don't like it get out wow just completely unbelievable and completely unacceptable. But of course I know how Turkey Hill works you won't do anything about it you never do you just don't care.
