TurboTax review: 2016 state tax return

I received a letter from the Dept. of Revenue for Kentucky stating that I owe $338.78 from 2016 State return. The explanation I received is that Turbo Tax automatically filled out a schedule M for pre-tax savings while working on my return. My company, Meijer, does that all year long so now this looks as if I were trying to claim it twice. The fact is I didn't fill out the schedule M, your software did. I would like a refund from you in the amount of $338.78 since it was Turbo Tax software that caused this issue to begin with.
