Truist Bank (formerly BB&T Bank) review: Truist merchant services

Truist Merchant Services deducted from our accounts more than 300K without any logic explanation. We were facing credit card fraud charges from the customer around 175K. We responded to all disputes, uploaded all the documentation. We do understand 175K deduction, when disputes are in progress, but more than 300K? Truist is the bank you can not trust. Very poor customer service.
