Since the acquisition of BB&T by Suntrust, the service at this bank is beyond bad. I deposited a check which was fully funded by the sending bank the following day. However, Truist claims they have the right to hold my money and not credit my account for 10 days for an "Administrative Review". This has to be illegal. Why do they have the right to hold money that belongs to me with no good reason. And to top it all off, I have been told not one Truist employee can override the hold. Really? They just lost a very good customer.
