Truist Bank (formerly BB&T Bank) review: Fraud alert, no online banking, online banking making two payments

First the online banking did not pay my house payment, then it paid it twice. Next I got a fraud alert, got a new debit card, still have charges on my banking app. Tried to deposit my check today and they are experiencing technical issues. I held on this week a total of 5 hours to try to get these things taken care of. I cant wait to get my money outta there and get with a bank that cares. This is beyond crazy.

Desired outcome: Fix my fraudulent charges, fix your online banking bill pay and let me deposit my check
