Truist Bank (formerly BB&T Bank) review: Closed Lobby Hours on Saturday

Took my elderly parents to get their business done at the new Truist location at 19941 Century Blvd on Saturday. Once we arrived we learned that someone named Reenu has decided to close the lobby hours. Why would a bank close their lobby when on-line it states its open from 9-12?

When I called she stated its closed but you can go thru drive-thru, no apologies no sorries.Totally unprofessional!

I've been in with SunTrust since early 90s but am seriously considering changing backs.

Desired outcome: Work with your staff to be courteous, specially during pandemic when its harder for older folks to get out and get their business taken care of. Also, don't close bank lobby just because u want to.
