I have spent over $1,000 with True Classic in the past year. A long sleeve shirt ripped the first time I wore it. Simple defect, simple fix. Instead, I spent 30+ minutes fighting through an AI chatbot and a live agent who asked for the same PO number four or five times, even after I had already described the issue in detail, provided my order number, and identified the exact item by name and color.
Roughly 20+ messages to replace one $15 shirt.
The product quality slip is concerning, but the real issue is a customer service process built around AI gatekeeping and repetitive requests for information the company should already have on file. A loyal, high-volume customer should not have to jump through that many hoops for a straightforward defect claim.
I will not be ordering again.
