Vendnet I got a beef with Vendnet

I got a beef with Vendnet. My biz in ***, ***, needed a refrigeration unit fixed for our vending machine. We got an RMA number and dropped it off on Nov 29, 2021. I called in Jan to check on it and they said it'd be done by the end of Feb. Come March, I called again and the lady said she'd email the department head and get back to me. But she never did. I've tried calling and using their online system, but they always say they'll get back to me and never do. I reckon they lost our stuff and don't wanna admit it. They won't even give me a manager's number to call. We've been without a working vending machine for almost a year over a small leak in the evaporator coil.
