Trip.com made 2 authorised transactions using my Trip.com account and refuses to take full responsibility of their mistakes and errors.

All they could counteroffer was a meagre amount of only ~9% of the full payment that was being deducted from my credit information stored in their database.

I am extremely unhappy to see their lack of responsibility and also the way they handled my situation, especially when I tried several means to reach a reasonable compromise with them.
Beware never use Trip.com, they are nothing more than a scammer website
