You received a notice from Trip.com for a delayed flight and telling you are able to change the flight for free. Then you followed each step of the instructions to change the flight and got confirmation of the changing on their App. Also you called their online staff and got confirmed again for the changing. But in the end your change was not accepted by the flight and you could not receive any refund. that is what happened to me. Not recommend trip.com for anyone.
