Trip.com review: Never deal with Trip.com, they are a trap with hidden fees

This was my first and last experience with Trip.com, and will never repeat this mistake. They simply offer attractive prices that are, in reality, a trap with hidden fees that multiply the booking price by hundreds of dollars.
I booked a car through them, acting as an intermediary with Alamo, at Munich Airport. The booking included all the basic fees: Premium location fee and Registration fee, all included in the total booking price of €287 (the booking details provided through their platform clearly showed these charges as "Included" within the "Total Price.").

Upon returning the car, these fees were deducted from my credit card! I contacted Trip.com customer service for 15 days, and they stalled and procrastinated, especially their employee Esin. Unfortunately, they refused to refund the money and denied that these fees were included in the agreed-upon price. I will attach a copy of the booking details and a copy of the fees charged to my credit card.

Recommendation: Never trust these booking brokers
