I booked two rooms with Trip.com in Holliday Inn HongKong and paid them upfront. Upon reaching the hotel I was informed by the hotel that they didn’t have my booking so I had to make a new booking and pay again for the rooms. Upon contacting trip.com for several days they came back and said sorry we cannot refund. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated that being a loyal diamond customer this is how I was treated. I seriously suggest you don’t use this company they will never help you when required
