As someone who doesn't know a lot about the oyster world, this app gave me a doctorate! Not only artfully done but elegant as the oysters themselves with great photos. Love the app! Great job and thanks!

I love this app and recommend it to a lot of people but a few are missing.

Downloaded this app while sitting at an oyster bar in LA- SUPER USEFUL! I was able to catalogue everything super easily and now I know what a few of my faves are. Cool, sleek design, easy to use and fun to show people!

Found it very easy to navigate and liked the pictures and descriptions. They must have added more oysters because 6 of 8 on our menu were in the application. It's good for beginners or simply to get a look before you order.

I'm an oyster fan, bordering on aficionado, and this is the most complete encyclopedia of oysters that I've found. The improved events section is helpful as well, especially when traveling on business. Definitely recommend this app.

Great app but the info about individual oysters is not scrolling properly. Can't see the months or the Latin info. Gets cut off. Otherwise, I think this is going to be so much fun to browse thru and have when I go to a restaurant! Thxs!

I just went to dinner at Hog Island in San Francisco and *noneof the oysters we ordered are on the app. Would be nice if there was an add your own notes section. I just want to remember what I like! If that's your goal - don't spend the .99

Here we are on Nantucket and they have locally farmed Pocomo Oysters from the Pocomo Meadow Oyster Farm. Unfortunately the app not only does not provide ANY support but doesn't allow comments or ability to add new oysters. Don’t. Waste your money.

This app does not include many all oysters available in restaurants. I wanted an app where I could read about each oyster but also record & take notes on those I ate. Perhaps a new version would allow for notes and custom entry of oysters not listed here.

Great app for looking up your favourite oysters. Disappointed that two of my favourites are missing and there is no way to manually add them or send a note to the developers.

For note Aunt Dotties from Saquish and Savage Blonde from PEI are both delicious!

This app lacks a lot. Doesn't even have info on Pacifics (most common in Puget sound). You can google any of this info they have. Not sure what sets them apart from the good ole internet. Sorry Oystour but you're going to need more. Not worth the space on my phone.

Love this app! I never realized how many oyster varieties there were. So many new ones to try! The tasting profiles are robust and the fun facts and additional info along with the gorgeous pictures make this a must for anyone who loves, or is looking to try, oysters.

Paid for this app, and it worked great. Loved it! But Ever since the last two iOS updates, it doesn't load the types of oysters. All other tabs work, just not the directory of oyster types. That feature was the only reason I paid for this. Please fix or give me my money back.

This oyster app is very classy, comprehensive and easy to use. Another HUGE plus is the constant monitoring and feedback provided by the app owners/managers! They can only list as many oysters as farmers send them. They are very receptive to working with producers when they make contact with them.

If you are a foodie, you will LOVE this app. Great design and function. Accurate descriptions of a large variety of oysters that help you better enjoy and appreciate the taste of the oyster you choose. The fun facts also help add to your dining experience and can impress anyone accompanying you.

Looks like a great start but before this app was released they should've amassed a much larger library of oyster varieties. I was hoping this would be a great resource to save favorites and write notes about my experiences eating specific varieties. As it stands, you're better off using a website with a much more comprehensive variety listing.

This is a beautiful app and really useful (even if I disagree w/ their opinion on cocktail sauce). The only thing I'd recommend would be a function so you could write specific personal notes about each oyster to help you remember what you liked or didn't. If that's not possible, just a 5 star rating system would help you remember which ones you loved vs. what you just liked.

I was never a huge fan of shucking and slurping down oysters, but now when I tag along for oyster happy hours, I am able to actually know what it is I am eating and understand the tastes, smells, and stories of these fun little snacks. The app has amazing, clear, high res photos that are better than the real thing and provides great descriptors that help me remember which oysters I’ve tried and which ones are my faves.

The best app for picking out your next ouster at a restaurant or at the market. It gives you a great
picture and a full description in texture, flavor and where they from. Si far I had found every single one that i have need to look up.
It also allows you to save your picks for a future order.
Did I mention I used it while overseas to enrich my foodie experience and show my acknowledge in the subject while choosing my order.
Overall great description, great price , great pictures really complete and grate app.

There is no point in having an app that only has certain oysters and doesn’t allow you to enter ones not in the database. Deleting, glad it only cost me .99.

2 stars for the effort, buggy with an oyster database that is subpar.. AVOID!

Weak. As an oyster lover, I am very disappointed with this app. A number of the varieties I like are not even on this app.

Enjoy the pictures, but very few oysters, doesn't look like there's been an update in a while either. Should be free with ads

Was hoping to keep track of my oyster addiction but most every oyster from (Virginia) area isn’t available and there’s no where to add a type that’s not already listed.

Very limited varieties of oysters on app. Would be nice if they let you record your thoughts on types of oysters you have tried as well. Overall a decent concept but fails to deliver.

When I was looking around for apps that inform me about oysters, I stumbled upon this one. It looked alright so I decided to download it. However the page did not inform me that it cost money.
