Desired Resolution:
I demand immediate cancellation of my membership, cessation of all future charges, and a full refund of all payments made. If unresolved, I will escalate to the Federal Trade Commission, my state's Attorney General, and explore joining a class-action lawsuit, as similar complaints suggest a pattern of deceptive practices.
