Arrived at 3pm. on 6/7/25 (Sat.), Checked in, paid, and went to cabin. Went up and unlocked door to get the pets inside. 78F. was the inside temp. The thermostat was set on 68F. Noticed 4 adults were not sleeping in the bedrooms. Went to office (closed). found a staff member, called on the radio for them to go to the cabin to check on the A/C. Staff checked vent temps. and go outside to unit. this happened several times. Finally told us it would just take time to cool down. 6/8/25(Sun.) A/C just kept the temp. at 76F. 6/9/25(Mon.) got to 78F. Called office again about A/C(#2). Also asked for the correct amount of towels and wash cloths, had only enough towels for 3 people. Sent staff. Once again, went from outside unit to checking the vent temps. inside. Did this several times again. one staff member said that he added freon to the outside unit. 6/10/25 (Tue.) The unit just barely kept up once again. 6/11/25 (Wed.) unit not keeping up again. Were so frustrated with them, that I did not call. so uncomfortable at night, so I called and asked for new linens and towels. Was told that we got towels earlier and that unless you stay longer than 7 days they do not provide any extra linens. The staff at the office told me on Monday that if any linens/towels are needed just put them on the deck and call. That is what we did. Went to the office a few minutes later to make sure that they got the message, and to tell them that we some extra toilet paper, and that there is a vent off, and that cats (2: 1-black/ 1-gray tabby) are living under the cabin. Staff said there were also kittens under the cabin. So I said I guess that the vent is not going to be fixed. In just a few minutes I received a call, I answer, I was informed that since we received towels on Monday we were not going to get any more. All of our linens/towels are on the deck waiting to be picked up. So we took the laundry and had to wash them. 6/12/25 (Thu.) Called about the A/C (#3). Sraff arrived. THis person was new, told them what was happening. He asked what the thermostat was set on, I said 49F. He said that we froze the unit up by turning the thermostat down too low. He did not ask me how long it was set at that temp. (about 10 min. at that setting). A second staff member showed up ( he was one that was there on Monday). The second staff member wanted to go in the cabin and check vent temps. We are eating, so I said no. He got mad and said "thank you, have a nice day", and left the deck. I was so mad I went inside. No one ever did anything. in a few minutes I got another call, He said that they were not going to fix the A/C, and that they were not playing these games. Needless to say I lost it. hung up on them. Packed up everything, gathered up linens, cleaned the cabin, and got out.
