I would like you to help me do a formal complaint against Brad Martin at North Hollywood Toyota. I was there at your dealer on Monday 10/28/19 around 1:30pm. He took me for a test drive on a Corolla Hybrid 2020 but I refuse to buy it on that color and Brad Martin got extremely upset. So much so he ripped and torn the paper where he was writing our deal options, he did it with so much anger I was shocked. Abruptly Brad threw the paper to the trash. As he tried to intimidate me more Brad stood up quickly, push the chair violently and came towards me and he strongly and firmly press my hand to say bye. At this point I guess he was trying to get rid of me. As if all of this was not enough as he walked away he threw his pen at me. The pen flew so quickly I didn't get a chance to block it from hitting me as it bounced from the desk towards me. I'm not injured but I have never been humiliated by anyone as I was by Brad Martin. The irony of life is that now the only dealer it has the car color I want is North Hollywood Toyota but I don't go because I know he is going to be there. He keeps calling me and texting me. He has all my information and now I starting to consider doing a restraining order on him because I know he has all my information. I've purchase many Toyota vehicles before and at the end I did bought the car at another dealer on the color I wanted.

I spoke to William and he said Brad was suspended but I would like to know but I would like to know how would I be compensated for this level of humiliation.
