Topa Insurance Company

My car got messed up on 10/24 and Topa Insurance Company hasn't contacted me yet to fix it. I pay them every month, but they keep taking my money and not doing anything about my car. I've called and emailed them so many times, but still no response. It's been a whole month now and I'm getting frustrated.

I pay for insurance from Topa Insurance Company. I had to file a claim because my car was totaled. They gave me a rental car, but after three weeks they took it away. They still haven't paid me for my car and they keep charging me for my premium. I've been trying to contact them every day, but no one is responding except for the front office. They say they can't help with claims. I've seen many complaints about them on Facebook and other review sites. They also go by Go Safe insurance.

I got my car insurance from Topa Insurance Company. I'm not happy with their service because someone hit my car and I filed a claim on November 23. It's been three months now, and I still haven't heard from a claims adjuster. I've called, texted, and emailed them several times, but I haven't gotten any resolution to my claim. I'm still paying for my car insurance, but I can't get my car fixed. I had full coverage when the accident happened, but I'm not getting any help from Topa Insurance Company. They keep saying that my adjuster will call me, but it's been three months already. I'm tired of driving around with a dent in my car, and I've told them this several times via text and email, but no real person ever calls back. Please help me get resolution here.

I had a claim with my insurance 'cause I got into a little accident with a rental car and my insurance covers rentals. It's been 3 MONTHS since I filed the claim and they changed the adjusters without telling me FIVE times! It's still being adjusted and it's ridiculous that my claim hasn't been settled and paid. I called the number they gave me 21 times just to talk to a human being. I'm beyond frustrated and now the rental car company is coming after me for $*** in damages. One of the adjusters said a check was sent out, but the rental car company said they didn't get it. This place is a scam and I need this resolved 'cause I could lose my drivers license and my personal plates to my vehicle if this doesn't get resolved soon. I really need help, please!
