My car got messed up on 10/24 and Topa Insurance Company hasn't contacted me yet to fix it. I pay them every month, but they keep taking my money and not doing anything about my car. I've called and emailed them so many times, but still no response. It's been a whole month now and I'm getting frustrated.

I called the number they gave me 21 times just to talk to a human being. I'm beyond frustrated and now the rental car company is coming after me for $*** in damages. One of the adjusters said a check was sent out, but the rental car company said they didn't get it. This place is a scam and I need this resolved 'cause I could lose my drivers license and my personal plates to my vehicle if this doesn't get resolved soon. I really need help, please!
