TK Maxx review: Bad shoes quality & bad customer services

I bought 2 men shoes on 27 May 2026 from T K maxx tooting High street.

1 sandal & 1 skechers
I did not wear the sandal as many due to the weather, I found that the sandal quality is not worth the money I paid.

I went to the shop to return the sandal but they told me they can not return because I used it many times, I tried to explain that it was raining and I could not wear it many, but they don't accept. inside the sandal looks very bad as it was used for months or years.

I tried to explain that the sandal quality is very bad as it looks from inside.
I tried to raise the issue on TK maxx site but always aski for order number to continuo..I bought the items from store and I have no order number ..
