I won 2 Lytham festival standing tickets but am disabled so need 2 sitting tickets please. Harmony in TK maxx CS did not address or resolve my query and wasted 3 days of my personal time, despite me sending 2 emails and 1 webform submission clearly explaining the issue. I then had to ring tkmaxx CS today and spoke to Chloe at 12:37pm. The UK Equality Act is clear that reasonable adjustments should be made for disabled people and we should not face extra hardship due to disability. TK maxx CS has violated the law at every point. Please can a new reclaim code or 2 electronic tickets be issued for sitting tickets with easy access to disabled toilets please? I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in TKmaxx CS. Please train your staff on Equality law, sensitivity, equality and diversity and to actually read customer’s queries and not send generic cut and paste replies, which do not help the customer and waste both parties’ time. I would be grateful for compensation for my wasted personal time and TK maxx CS’ violation of the Equality Act.
