Dear sirs, the tires plus service center in Gardnerville, Nevada is trying to overcharge us on brake work that should be under warranty ! Charging us for brake rotors and calipers that were replaced less than a year ago. What a racket do they have going. Taking advantage of a disabled person that needs his vehicle ? Very rude and uncooperative with my wife. Hopefully this will be resolved . Thanks E. F. Jurzenski

Claimed loss: $ 800.00 and hours wasted.

Desired outcome: Full refund on brake work that was not fixed and should have been under warranty !
