This company is the worst to order from, so please never order from them. It's really bad, they ask you to pay these high prices and then they don't even tell you that your part isn't available until after you've already ordered and they've taken your money. Then you have to wait 12 weeks for it to be shipped to the US, and after that, you have to wait even longer for them to ship it to you. They don't offer any discounts, and it's impossible to get in touch with them by phone. It takes them 3 days to reply to an email. The first thing they'll say is that it's because of the pandemic, but that's just a lazy excuse for a business. They should let people know everything upfront before taking their money and then sending an email later saying they have to wait 6 months to get the part they've already paid for. And if you try to cancel the order, you can't because it's already being processed. And even if you do manage to cancel, it takes a whole month to get your money back. You guys are beautiful, and I mean that in the ugliest way possible.

I ordered a fender grill for my *** and when I tried to install it, it just wouldn't fit. I emailed them the details and sent a picture, but they complained that one of the pictures was blurry. I sent another picture, but they still insisted that the part was accurate, just defective from ***. They told me I had to go through some warranty process. But here's the thing, I'm not saying the product is defective, I'm saying it's the wrong part. They don't seem to want to listen and instead they got really rude in their emails. They flat out said, "We won't reach out to *** to resolve this issue until you confirm you want us to follow the policy." Can you believe it? I ordered from their website and now they want me to deal with *** to fix the problem. This whole thing has been a terrible experience.

I bought 4 NEW wheels from this place. 3/4 of the wheels came bent or scratched real bad. The damage was on parts that were protected by extra cardboard and cloth. I emailed customer service and they sent me a long email blaming someone else and acting like they're the good guy. When I asked about the damaged parts that I didn't think were caused by shipping, James got super defensive. The conversation went downhill from there as his replies got sassy and he kept saying he'll fix things. His solution was for me to pack and drop off the wheels at ***. I told him it would be hard 'cause I have a two-seater car and I wasn't expecting this. He responded by pointing fingers and being sassy, so I dropped off the wheels at *** but they turned me away 'cause the box had a patched hole (duh!). I emailed James and asked for a phone number 'cause emailing was too slow for sorting out these problems. He replied in 3 minutes saying "Considering you get a response within 1 minute, it's not slow." I told him that waiting 3 minutes for each small reply is slow when you think about all the emails we sent back and forth for such a simple return and replacement. That seemed to make him mad 'cause he changed his solution to giving me a refund instead of replacing. I should mention that the phone number on this page takes you through a long automated message and then asks if you wanna leave a voicemail. Asking for a phone number makes James really defensive.

I'm sure he'll type a long reply to this. Like all the customers who contacted him, he's a "keyboard warrior" who treats his customer service like an online car forum. This place will send you USED parts pretending they're NEW. There are parts of the wheel that were damaged even though the box was fine. When I pointed this out, his emails suddenly changed completely. Please be careful and I hope other customers speak up about this terrible customer service and scammy business.
