When I received the steering rack, I realized that it was the wrong part and my mechanic discovered that the bolt holes didn't line up after installing it. They sent me another one, and I paid to have it installed. This whole process took a few months, and when everything was finally done, they claimed it was too late to refund the core charge. I explained that it wasn't my fault since they sent the wrong part. On August 30th, Craig, the office manager, assured me that they would send a check for the $300, but I still haven't received it, and Cruiser Parts hasn't responded to my inquiries.
