Hello Customer Service:

Yesterday, August 3, 2018, I downloaded the Tim Hortons App on my mobile phone and added my credit card number.

I wanted to explore the app. While I was exploring the App and learning how to place an order, by mistake an order was placed. I wanted to cancel the order immediately, but could not found this option. The App took money from my credit card.

When this incident took place, I was at home; therefore, I was unable to go to the location and pick the order.

In the light of the aforementioned situation, I urge you to please make the refund of the money to my account since this was an innocent mistake and the App did not offer me an opportunity to cancel the order.
