Tim Hortons tim card

Today September 23, 2018
Let me first off by saying your smile cookies are a great idea and I love the fact that proceeds go to charity, as a Matter of fact I purchase 4 a day for my children on my way home from work.
I went to Tim hortons this morning as I do almost everyday. I order 25 smile cookies for my co-worker and a take 12 on my way to work as we take turns bringing in treats for the day.
The cashier was very friendly and got my order ready and gave me my total 50ish.
I got my double double Visa card out to use my money on the Tim card part of it and the rest on the Visa part. To my embarrassment & disappointment the light wouldnt work.
This is the third time since I have had this card, the light to choose not work.
As I dont carry more than 20.00 cash, I had to attempt to kindly tell the cashier that I couldn't pay for this order & have to watch the cashier throw the cookies in the garbage and take back the take 12 and dispose of it as well. Then off to work to retell the embarrassing story of how the tim/Visa card didnt work.
I buy my lunch at Tim hortons 1 to 2 times per week and coffee and treats every third weekend but I'm starting to become very frustrated with this card as the embarrassment not once, no twice but now 3 times now has happened. I've been made aware that Starbucks has a reward app that is similar and maybe it's time to switch. I have been an everyday if not a few times a day timmy's coffee drinker and therefore reaching out to you to let you redeem and or correct this issue, as well as I'll be reaching out to Visa with this disappointment as well.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Thank you

Tim Hortons I didn't receive what I paid for.

Hi,

This morning I ordered a French vanilla and a breakfast sandwich combo on a toasted croissant with butter from the peterborough location on lansdown at about 8:30 - 9:am. I got the breakfast sandwich but it only came with chees, bacon and big gob of butter on one end...where is the egg? Doesn't the combo come with a hashbrown too? I paid for it...and I didn't get either.

I'm not one to complain but it is becoming more and more regular that my order is wrong or thrown together. I worked in customer service and completely understand it can be stressful but this is getting to be a little bit too much that the butter can't be spread. Chew on a great big block of butter. Come on!

Tim Hortons service

Hi I'm writing in regards to the Tim Hortons on the corner of Front st and Blue Jays way Toronto. I went in and gave my order. They gave me the wrong coffee, which I did not even mention to them, I just thought ‘ok honest mistake whatever'. I'm standing there waiting for my warmed cheese croissant, for ten minutes and it does not come. I then lean over and tell one of the girls ‘hi I'm just waiting on my cheese croissant'. She replies, ‘yea they working on it'. I'm thinking, what exactly do they have to ‘work on' it's already made sitting in the display... 5 more minutes go by and I ask another girl about my cheese croissant. She says ok and grabs it, puts it in the microwave. Ten seconds late I hear the microwave beep, and she's just standing there messing around wih a box. At that point I got a little annoyed leaned over and asked if I can just have my croissant. I think it's ridiculous I had to wait close to 20 minutes for them to simply heat up a croissant and give it to me. The girl I first asked was rude and told me it was being ‘worked on' without even checking up if someone was actually doing so. Not to mention why no one checked up on the customer standing at their counter for 20 minutest. The staff is rude, slow and inconsiderate.
Coming from someone who has worked at a coffee shop, this behaviour is unacceptable.
Sincerely Danielle

Tim Hortons service

A few years ago we got a Tim Hortons in our little town. We were so excited to have the chain restaurant in our town. The owners of this restaurant have been great supporter of our community. Few months ago we got new owners not so great, they have taking minor hockey out of the picture no more Tim bits given to our arena. They have taken their sign down out of the arena, the drive through sign to let us know when our home team is playing not there anymore. I thought Tim Horton's is a supporter of hockey. The other thing is they have taken the program away from the schools for their day old muffins and begals for the breakfast program. Since i have found this out I am not a regular anymore, I would donate to the camp, not anymore. I think your new owners here in Sicamous need to learn about community support. We are a small town. This is very disappointing that a Tim Hortons has let their support go for minor hockey and the schools down here is Sicamous. Thanks for your time.

Tim Hortons the service

I bought an extra large double double from your martensville store. I asked for it to be double cupped to retain what little heat is actually in the coffee. I drank my coffee like I always do, it wasn't till I took off the extra cup to recycle it that I realized that the interior cup was only a large. I went back to the restaurant in the morning and was basically called a liar from management. I will NEVER buy another Tim horton coffee again. I hope your franchises go under. I will be getting my coffee from McDonald's or 7-11 from now on. Better service hotter coffee and better tasting then the crap you serve at timmys. Maybe hire people who can speak English would be a good to start to keeping your customer base. I WILL be telling this story to anyone who will listen. It's called freedom of speech.

Tim Hortons wifi connection

The Tim Hortons locations on Vedder Road in Sardis, Chilliwack both advertising free wifi. This service has been out of service for some weeks now. None of the employees seem to think it will be repaired.
This has become an inconvenience for many of the regular customers.
Please look into this problem for the sake of the loyal customers like me who are going to other locations for wifi.

Tim Hortons tim hortons

Tim Hortons
Brampton ON, Canada
9990 Mcvean Dr.
L6P 2S5

Absolute the trashiest Tim Hortons ever. The employees at this location slack off and take forever even when there is no rush at all. Almost every employee is miserable and their vibe kills your morning. The food they give is either stale, old, or just a complete mess. I cannot recall even one time that I have had a positive experience from this establishment. P.S this Tim Hortons is 2 minutes away from my house, and I still choose to 15-20 minutes to attend a different Tim Hortons.

Tim Hortons new store hours stink and many are unhappy

There are many of us customers that are extremely unhappy that the Tim Hortons at 1685 Grand Island Blvd. in Grand Island New York changed its hours from open 24 hours to 5:00 am to 11:00 pm. I work at a company that employs approximately 1000 people and the drive thru not being open has made all of us unhappy with this store. They should at least have the drive thru open at 4:00 am like the other smaller store on Grand Island. Now that store is overloaded at 4:00 to 5:00 am and understaffed to handle all the extra traffic. And I was told that they where not going to add anyone to help with the increased traffic. I for the first time am now considering on not buying any Tim Hortons product period and tell others to boycott to get this message heard. It makes no sense that they would close for those hours and lose all those potential sales. I've been a loyal customer here in Grand Island ever since you opened here many years ago. Now I wont be if nothing changes. I hope someone who reads this will get this complaint to the proper person so they know they have many unhappy customers and want to have something done to make it better. Please feel free to contact me, my email is [protected]@roadrunner.com or call me personally [protected]. I would like to have our stores be quick and efficient so when I and other go thru the drive thru we don't have to wait 5 to 10 minutes. My time is valuable and I'm sure others is to. Waited in a drive thru because a store is under staffed to handle that volume of business makes me and others dissatisfied. Please help all of us

I return to get another one . I got so much attitude from the same girl
I said please don't give me attitude. She ignored me.
I said atleast you can smile when your serving clients..
she replied . I don't need to do anything . I don't need to talk to you or say thank you ..
i was I shock of her reply and her aggressive behaviour.
I said where's your manager . Another lady told me there was no manager at that hour .
I said ok . And asked for her name .. she started her aggressive behaviour and told me her name .( enrika) if that's her real name .

I said I'll call and complain about you and I'm sure Tim Hortons will do something about this . Her reply .. they won't do anything and started laughing ... and yelling ..

Took my order and left ... and to my surprise another order that was wrong again ..
had to go back a 3rd time .., really ? For a pita ?
Something similar had happened at another Tim Hortons and I vowed to never go to another Tim Hortons agin .. today i said let me give it a chance ... what a big mistake !

I want this to be taken seriously and for me to get a reply with what we will do about this .. before I go further I will wait for your reply ...

I want something in return for my wasted time and especially the agressive behaviour !

Tim Hortons bagel with bad attitude

Hi, I take my coffe from this location in Cornwall ON. It's located next to a truck fuel station on Glengarry ave, that where I get my diesel. A lady name Crystal works at that Tim Horton, and it's the second time she is not dealing with me like a regular customer. I'm not white but Indian origin. You can clearly see disgust on her face as soon as she looks at you. Last time she threw a cold bagel so today when I see her making my bagel I ask her to double toast it just to make sure I don't a cold one like last time . She got so puffed up like she is gona explode, her face was clearly red with anger. I felt sooo bad while waiting for the bagel that I can't explain. After I took my bagel and came back to my truck, while I opened my bagel to eat n n took one bite, it was all burnt. I still got the bagel and can send u the pic or the bagel. the customer behind me who was a white guy asked her why she is so mad and I hear that she said I can't deal with these ppl. Can you explain why do I deserve all that?

Tim Hortons poor service

Sept 13, 2018 entered a tim's store in Kingston on Clergy Street, there was fivepeople in front of me and only 1 employee serving customers. Some customers left and in end of waiting for my order which took 15 min. for an iced capp and an bagel. I think this is terrible that Tim's is not too compassionate for their employees and hence has difficulty retaining employees. I for one will not return as they do not treat employees fairly.

Tim Hortons poor customer relations response time

On Sept 4 I am working and ran to Tim Horton's on Erie St in Stratford.
I usually would not have went into the store however I was indecisive and wanted to look longer at the menu board without holding up the drive thru.
I ended up ordering 2 BELTS and a coffee and got them to go.
Once I got back to work I realized when I bit into the sandwich there was NO EGG on the BELT! so I opened the second one and again NO EGG! are you kidding me!
As I did not have time to run back to the store I ate what I had as my break was ending. I then went and lodged a complaint on the Timmies website.
I got the normal form return email that it would be passed onto the manager or owner of the store. This was the Monday, on the Thursday I had received an email from a district manager that it would be sent on to someone at the store. On Sept 12 I called into the customer service line to let them know I still did not get any response and would just like to be reimbursed for the 2 BELTs. he then said he would pass on my complaint to the same person that did not respond.
What was an easy fix of sending me a quick Tims Card to reimburse me has now turned into more of a lack of customer support and response. how hard is it for someone to respond to a simple customer problem. Come on Tims, wonder why you are losing out on same store sales? here is a prime example. And guess what the coffee at McDonalds is just as good (yes I went there).

Tim Hortons ripoff

Sept 15, 2018

Today I visited the Tim Hortons Location at 6014 #27 Chilliwack, BC. I ordered a medium French Vanilla, Large Dark Roast and 2 cookies. When I got home and took the French vanilla out of the tray, it felt very light. It was 60% full. I was not happy. Why did I bother paying full price for this when I received half of what I paid for.

I have had a lot of problems at the location on Stevenson Rd in Chilliwack as well and will not go to this location anymore due to consistently receiving wrong orders or missing items.

I am finally upset enough now to write in a complaint. Why did I bother waiting in a long line up for 10 minutes to pay more money for half the product? I would like a refund and apology and I would like their locations to know that I am not a happy customer. It makes me not want to go to Tim Hortons anymore because it is always a disappointment and a ripoff.

Tim Hortons terrible, terrible service.

Five of us walked into an empty Tim Hortons on 23 Mile Road and the Shelby Twp. Parkway at 4:35 AM. We ordered 5 coffees, five sandwiches and 10 Timbits. There was no coffee made, all of the drawers of premade food was empty and the employees were standing around doing nothing. NOTHING. It took us until 5:08 to get our food and coffee. Unacceptable.

I went in to get my favorite tim bits and the ones in the display had literally no powdered sugar on them. The Staff assured me there was nothing they could do about it while looking at me like im speaking a language they had never heard before...Im really disappointed... but I still bought them... not only are they powderless they also are stale. This is really really silly. Not sure I'll come to this one again...
