Tim Hortons finger nail in my drink

I have already filed this complaint to Tim Hortons, and Now I am attaching a picture of the object(finger nail that was found in my drink)
Tim HORtons mgr just called me saying the owner of that store is offering me a $20.00 gift card and I declined.. ever since I have been traumatized by this awful experience. I don't think it's fair for the offering of a $20.00 gift card as the owner was saying IT'S MORE THAN GENEROUS. I have been a loyal customer to Tim Hortons for over 20 years and I find this experience appauling.

Tim Hortons service

Gowanda NY USA this location is constantly letting me down today was the icing on the donut ! So to speak. First they blocked the emergency exit from being in the line up for a long time now, if the drive thru line was too late by we could escape but not today! It took me from Noon 12:00 until I actually received my order 17 MINUTES! REALLY ! This is not unusual for this location and something needs to be done ! The employees are slow & lazy as a mile is long there is NO pep in their step & even Supervisors on shift don't seem to care ! I worked for Tom Hortons in Canada so I know what good service is THIS IS NOT ! Whom ever owns this franchise needs to be retrained on the Tim Hortons Vision for their customers! They have enough crew members but don't ask me what their doing it's sure not SERVICE ! And an education in manners would do this Store a world of good as well. I have been sitting on these issues fir a long time as I'm an everyday customer of Tim's but no longer this franchise needs some SERIOUS ATTENTION!

Tim Hortons service-location

Hi I'm writing out of pure frustration with this location. The location in question is
Tim Hortons
1.4 km · 1201 Fischer-Hallman Rd! I live in the neighbourhood and have gone there on multiple occasions because of the convenience...close to my house. I have given them hundreds of chance and they only seem to get worse vs better. It's gotten so bad that I now drive to a further location as I can not deal with them any more.
They have a double lane drive through that is always extremely slow, when it's your turn they can ignore you for good 5-6 minuets. They don't even say hi, hello just a moment...just silence until you get so frustrated that you start to yell into the speaker. They will also serve other cars in the other lane as you just sit there waiting for someone to talk to you and take your order! Extremely rude and frustrating! Once they finally are ready it's a struggle for them to take your order, they never understand, I have to respect my self 5 times and they still get it wrong, and it can be as simple as two coffees. They are frequently out of ingredients or products you won't. When you drive away and realize it's not what you order, and you have to drive back (extremely inconvenient) they asked if you got that at their location.
I'm not writing this to get anything nor do I want something, but I had to tell you, as this location gives a bad name to all the Tims around.

Tim Hortons fingernail found in my hot drink

I was there with a friend last night. Ordered a cup of half hot chocolate/half black coffee.
when i took my second sip of it. there was a hard object i felt in my sip. At first I thought it was the lid broken off. No...I got a piece of finger nail through my mouth.. this is so disgusting beyond word can describe. I reported to the store employee and a mgr came to see me. I told her and she offered me another cup of the hot drink and one free coffee card.
I took a picture of the finger nail. I just couldn't believe that was in my drink! I only took a couple sip of my replacement hot drink, I just could n't drink it.

Tim Hortons banana loaf

I very frequently was purchasing (3+ times a week) a banana/pecan muffin (which always tasted fresh) and a medium coffee w/ 1/3 hot water & 3 cream at Tim Hortons. The muffins have been replaced with banana loaf which is 99.9% of the time very dried out, hard to swallow and no where near as tasty. I can overlook the many times they put hot chocolate in my coffee instead of hot water (only to find this out when I get home!) But I'm giving up on choking down the dried banana loaf and am switching to MacDonald's nuggets/muffins and coffee.

Tim Hortons chipotle steak and cheese panini

Why is it that when you order a sandwich and you see the sandwich photo posted on the menu board you don't get the same sandwich ?

I ordered the Chipotle steak & cheese panini in the restaurant, the gentleman said there was no chipotle sauce left but could substitute with a hot mayo sauce...sure I agreed... received my meal and went back to my office. A slice of cheddar cheese instead of the Monterey Jack cheese, the sandwich and no onions, if there was a shortage of Monterey cheese or onions, it would be nice to be informed as I would have possibly ordered something else as processed cheddar slices do not agree with me.

Also as I waited for my sandwich, a customer who finished his meal in the restaurant brought up a few unopened packets of salt and pepper to the counter, the worker took them and put them back in the box with the others, not sure what Tim's Policy is but I'm sure OHS would not approve of this practice.
Just a thought for further incidents.

Love that there is a new Tims beside my workplace, but if the quality/service does not improve, I will be eating lunch elsewhere.

Regards
Gloria A.

Tim Hortons customer service food and beverages

Over the past year of visiting the Tim Hortons in Southgate, Mi Ive experienced Unprofessional Staff
All frozen Drinks are all being served with chocolate whipped cream which they are not supposed too
Manager was smoking a cigarette leaning into the drive thru window
Closing before the time they were supposed too
Putting barely any whipped cream on the bagels EVERYTIME
Frozen lemonades are being made too sweet
Food and beverages are NEVER satisfying always incorrectly prepared
Employees are careless and unprofessional
I do a lot of big orders for a large office and I've never had an appropriate experience at this location so I have to drive out of my way to another location.
Please address this issue and re-train all staff including manager.

Tim Hortons poor customer service and unclean and unsanitary practices

We went to eat at Tim Hortons and there were nats and flies ALL over the baked goods that were out for customer consumption. I walked up to the counter and asked if there were any more available maybe that were fresh covered and in the back. The worker, whom had no name tag, said no. I brought it to her attention that there was an infestation on the baked goods with flies and nats and she said oh I know and laughed. There were three employees present and they all laughed. They are then continuing to sell these same goods that I have brought to there attention to other customers ordering thru the drive thru. My children and I had ordered items to be cooked and we had paid for them. It took 20 minutes for them to make our three sandwiches that had been made wrong and now had to be returned to the employees to remake correctly. We wait and the employee, whom was very nice, told us they were out of meat now and our last three sandwhiches took all of their meat. I asked for a refund and I explained that I would like to speak to a manager. They then inform me that their first manager quit, the next one was fired and their fill in manager was having a baby tomorrow so they did not have one. I asked if there was someone else I could speak with and was ignored. I travel a lot for my employer and I go to all different locations of Tim Hortons. I live in Bellefontaine, Ohio and that particular location is the worst I've ever seen. I've been going there on and off for several years and I have left three times because the employee in the drive thru whom was going to hand me my food, was covered in animal hair. I paid for my food but I told them I did not want the food and left. My order is 85% of the time made completely wrong as to giving me something I never even ordered. I'm the past I have ordered Mac and cheese and they've said they were out and were not making more (as they did today as well). I was there at 3:30pm today. There was plenty of time for them to make it and sell it. The conditions of inside the building are ALWAYS unclean. When you eat inside you food is NEVER served on a plate, but is at any other location my family goes to. I had never once complained but I have absolutely hit my limit and no longer believe that bellefontaine, Ohio's Tim Hortons will ever be close to running properly. I would really like an email returned to me explaining how you are taking my complaint into serious consideration in fixing this problem the we in bellefontaine Ohio have had for years. I know I am not the only person who has had so many issues with the Tim Hortons here. There has also been an employee there that told my kids not to order the frozen hot chicolates because the machines were nasty and not cleaned often.
I appreciate your time.

The manager stated that is how the corporate office directed them to be made!

Tim Hortons poor customer service

Tim Hortons is a face of Canada.

Customers respect Tim Horton employees and also expect some respects back from the employees.

Minita from Tim Hortons at pearson airport embarrassed TH big time.

First wasn't even taking order right and talking to colleagues in her own language as soon as I approached, I ordered 2 iced drinks and 1 hot beverage which she literally threw/slided cups towards me with no straws or tray or she didn't even offer. And when I asked her for my 3rd drink again for the 3rd time she shook her head right in my face and told me system error.

Asked for maple pecan as well but required me to say 3 times for her to respond - grabbed the pecan with the paper but put it in an envelope with her bear hand.

What kind of service is this ?

I don't want to think it's related to racism cuz I am Asian dressed in a comfy home clothes.

Tim Hortons english muffin breakfast sandwich

I recently visited the tim hortons in the seneca casino in niagara falls ny. This has been a regualr location for some time. They get my order ready even before I get to the register. However today my breakfast engkish muffin was dried out beyond edible to point I couldn't even bite into it. The quality of food has been going down hill lately and today was just downright horrible. The quality of people interaction is outstandng but the food is quite poor for my standards.

Tim Hortons management and employees training / quality of goods

On August 30th I went to Tim Hortons location at 2245 Yonge St, Toronto, ON to order a sandwich around 5.30pm. Service was very nice to start with, but when I started to eat my sandwich I was very surprised to feel something really hard in my sandwich. When I took "this" out from my mouth, it was a piece of plastic/glass approx. 0.4" long and 0.1" wide with sharp edges. I took this piece and went to speak with the manager right away. I was in total shock, especially considering that I'm 4 months pregnant now. The
manager had left for the day and only cashiers were present in the store. I asked them to make sure that no one else wouldn't get hurt, as I don't know if this piece came from the piece of bread or it came from the toppings on the sandwich. I left my contact information and was sure that someone would contact me on this matter, at least to make sure that I'm feeling well, as other pieces could be still in the food I ate and I was ready in case I need to go to the hospital. But no one called or followed up.
I find this level of service just ridiculous and filed an official complaint on this store to the corporation. This is not a behaviour you would expect neither from the store staff nor from the management. This is very disappointing experience and my family would be just scared to eat at Tim Hortons from now on.

Tim Hortons food

I went to two different Tims locations at 2 different occasions. I ordered your sausage breakfast sandwich in early afternoon since your all day breakfast started. On both occasions, they did not have have any sausages? Whats the point of having an all day breakast? This has never happened at McDonalds. I better stick with them when i want a breakfast sandwich. What a joke.

Tim Hortons bagels and coffee

Tuesday September 4, 2018
This morning a couple minutes after 7am we went into 546 Talbot Street walk in tummies and order two medium coffees one which is supposed to be triple triple and the other double double with milk, turns out triple triple had no sugar and was made with milk double double had cream with barely any sugar. Which mine was the double double and I can't have cream. Than around 935am went in and order another triple triple for my partner which was made correctly but also order bagels this time a everything with extra plain and plain with herb and garlic, turns out the worker had to throw this first bagels out cause she completely got the order mixed up and wrong than the second time she got it right but we asked for the everything to be made with extra plain but didn't do so she put extra herb and garlic on the plain bagel. Than when she put the bagels in the toaster she cut the plain bagel and didn't separate the bagel and burnt the top of my bagel and it's rock hard. Than to proceed to the everything bagel which my partner got they started eating it to notice hair in the cream cheese.

Tim Hortons "unethical behaviour"

Hi

Today I went to Tim Horton store at 775 Tamarack Way NW, Edmonton, AB T6T 1H9.
I had QR Scan Coupon from CIBC double Double Tim card..

she was very very rude.please make sure that don't keep that king of employee otherwise nobody wants to come to store..I will definetely not.

Tim Hortons food in the afternoon and service

For the last 4 times I have visited this store, they do not have sandwich products, example- no egg for a wrap, no sausage for a biscuit, no tortilla for a wrap. ALL before 5 pm orders which is when they are to stop serving these items. Today is the last time I will go there. While ordering in the drive thru, the teller yelled at me after asking about egg when she first said she didn't then DID have it for a sandwich. She then yelled, "I SAID, we don't have egg!" This was once an awesome store. Never going there again.

Tim Hortons overpriced for what I ordered

I am at Toronto Pearson Airport and stopped at the Tim Horton's kiosk and ordered a chipotle chicken wrap and small black coffee. My total bill was 8.22. I pointed out that the wrap was listed as under three dollars. The gentleman told me that they were out of the snack size and only had the bigger size. I payed the price but when I opened it, it was the same size as the one that I had eaten the day before in Truro, Nova Scotia which I paid under three dollars as stated on the menu board in both places. I do understand there are price differences in the airport opposed to other franchises but the product was the same size and the worker had told me they had none that size available. Certainly left a ‘bad'taste in my mouth and not an experience that I have ever had at a Tim Horton's.
