I purchased two tickets for an event December 4th, 1 month before the event. When I downloaded the app, I checked to see if I had gotten my e-tickets as Ticketmaster said I would. I sent their support seven (7) emails regarding my missing tickets. All of their responses were canned, that is, I got the same explanation... 'Just wait and you will get them'. Never happened. Same thing with my parking pass from Stubhub... no help at all. I got to the venue, and had to pull up my emails from ticketmaster, showing I did purchased them. We finally got in, having to navigate thousands of people who actually had tickets. I will NEVER use ticketmaster again, and I will relay my experience to as many people as I can. As an added comment: Their phone support via a call center is no help either.
Recommendation: do not use Ticketmaster.
