Ticketmaster review: Order No. 73-23267/NY1 for $1,789.30

I intended to order two tickets each on the Ticketmaster (TM) site for the MSNBC Live morning and afternoon presentations in NYC for October 11, 2025. The price was $1,789.30 for the pair of morning show tickets and $2,172.10 for the pair of afternoon show tickets. As the prompts were saying this show was selling out fast, in my haste, I accidentally ordered two sets of two tickets for the morning presentation, a $1,789.30 mistake. I caught the mistake within three hours, via their chat customer service, requested a refund after explaining the mistake to which they deferred to the event coordinator stating that they could not refund my money. I cannot afford this extra $1,789.30 charge and this site is misleading and confusing for unsophisticated/occasional users.
