Ticketmaster review: I boought a ticket on my laptop. It can only download on the App. But it wont.

3 hours later... I still cant download my tickets!
The app doesn't download my ticket! It just spins and spins saying please don't refresh...3 hours later it's still doing the same thing. I cannot retrieve my tickets from a laptop only the app. Customer service is a bot that asks the same stupid questions over and over and then puts you in a cue for an hour and then doesn't have the answer.

Claimed loss: $150

Desired outcome: Send me ticket so I can add it to my mobile wallet or send me a ticket I can use to get in....If you cant do that refund my money
