I was going to put my camper to Forest Lake in Advance, NC for the year and was told on the phone the lady I need to talk to was on the phone, before we could discuss and set up to bring camper up, I had to do the membership. So I did right then, She never called me back, I called 15 More times and she was always busy, gone, on the phone, off for the day... always something. I expressed I am trying to bring the camper up there. (mind you they charge 4100 for the year up front). left more messages. no one ever called me back and basically acted like my business dont matter to them. Sure after they get there free membership money. I told customer service I wanted to cancel and they assure me not going to happen. I am locked in a 2 year contract. For something I can and will not use. I will never go to another Thousand trails campground. This is the worst company in history and I would never recommend doing business with them. I plan to get an attorney. this is about customer service and standing behind what they say. If I would have known to never get called back, I would have not bought the membership until literally I am pulling in the campground
Desired outcome: cancel my membership. I should ask for a refund due to being LIED to.
