I have canceled my membership earlier this year and Moimooi still deducted 3 months worth of membership fees after my account was closed.
I called them and asked for a refund which they processed in May 2019, however, after being informed by Diann that it takes 30 to 90 days for refund payments i received nothing. i was contacted last week by Chantalle in the absence of Diann and told that the money would be in my account the last week of October 2019, nothing is in my account.
When i call the voice mail has been disabled.
