The medical kit had arrived at my mailbox at the PO. What a surprise! It was faster than I thought. Just yesterday I was checking information on shipping and they didn't have any information. At the TWC.health it said "Not fulfilled." Charmhealth.com had some kind of doctor entry in it, but nobody that I know had contacted me. Anyway, it did arrive, even if I wonder what would have happend if it was just a few days later. But that's how you can get your contact lens prescription filled nowadays too. I had a precription that was filled even though I hadn't seen my optometrist in over a year. Hopefully if I ever have to take these pills I will not be poisoned; even though I sure don't want to be in such a situation to begin with. So you can remove the post below.

I purchase their $299 medical kit for ivermectin, hydrochloroquine, and other emergency medications plus a handbook for use. The kit requires an intake form, which I filled out. I obtained my receipt and the email sent was that I needed to complete the intake form. However when I try to complete it again, it said it had been completed. Ten days later and there is no contact or call back by any health professional (they say they will call you prior to shipping). They urge you to set up an account at Charmhealth.com, and telehealth type of office. However all that shows is the medical kit, and apparently a Dr. Madsen has reviewed something the day after the order was paid. There are no follow up messages, just junk mail from The Wellness Company. I am cancelling the order through my credit card, but I am unsure this will go through. They have a "nonrefundable clause" that the victims must check the box off. It reads: "I understand by filling out this form a clinical provider will call me to verify the answers provided and will determine the suitability of the requested subscriptions for me based upon the information that I have provided. If deemed unsuitable, my request will be nonrefundable. I understand that if I have filled out an intake form on someone else's behalf, I have provided their contact information so that they may speak directly with the provider." Okay, since no one even tried to call me, I guess that I do qualify for a refund. I can call them or chat with them, but I think I just want the refund and the other reviews at TrustPilot say when you talk with them, they still take off $50.00. So apparently they probably regard your conversation as a "consultation." What a rip-off! Please, buy your ivermectin or fenben from a petstore. If you are desperate, I guess you can wear a nicotine patch too. You don't need a prescription to obtain a nicotine patch.

Claimed loss: N/A

Desired outcome: Arrived in just under two weeks. Just no shipping information when I checked online.

Hello, Please read this before giving your payment INFO.
I had gone to the Wellness site and filled out the form I wanted a Zoom apt on Friday
On a Saturday evening February 2 2025 I received an email asking me my weight, age, and email address home address, and symptoms. The email seemed legit, so I filled it out and they immediately responded with ready to set up an apt and needed a payment of $500. for 2 zoom visits. They said they only accept apple pay or cash app only and didn't accept master visa cards. Luckily, I responded with I don't have access to that and would need to set this up. They kept pushing me for payment and said would wait until I got it downloaded. 10 emails later on a weekend evening I emailed back and said I will wait til Monday and speak with someone at The Wellness Center. First thing Monday I get a text are you ready to make your payment? Also got an email were waiting for our PAYMENT. THIS WAS A HACKER SCAM luckily, I didnt fall for the whole 9 yards. Unfortunately, they do have the info I mentioned in this post. PLEASE BEWARE. THEY CLAIM TO BE WITH TWC... ITS A TOTAL LIE. TWC accepts all credit cards by the way.
