had a monthly elite membership there. you get 2 free supplements for your membership. This month when I tried getting different ones they showed as free in the cart. hitting the purchase button the screen then shows that I was charged $196. I get told that supposedly I had a autosubscritpion set up for 2 items and so when i tried using the code for 2 different items I got charged full price instead - but it showed as free prior. So many emails to them before they cancel the order and refund the amount. But... still no items from the supposed auto subscription that should have activated when the membership was renewed on Oct 29. Over two weeks later no items, order cancelled of the items they charged full price on, and still being charged for a membership that I got nothing for in contradition to stated terms of 2 free sups with the membership. Frauds

Recommendation: stay away. everything can be found on amazon at cheaper prices. and you wont be wrongly charged or not get product you are supposed to. The difference between a real company and one that you cant trust with your money
