I bought 1 bottle of Vision Alive from Holistic Lab for $45. They said if I don't see any change in my vision in 30 days, I can send the empty bottle in its box and they will give a complete refund. After 30 days, I saw no change, so I sent the bottle back. But they said I went over the 30 days and can't refund me anything. I called and asked how I could send the bottle back on the 30th day if I had to take 30 pills for 30 days. It's not fair that they're screwing people out of their money. Shame on them!

Do ur own research b4 buying from Holistic Labs Ltd. They say they're in the USA but they're really in China. They're good at making u wanna buy from them. But here's what I found: they use a fake photo of a lady named Laura Lindsey who they say is the director with 20 yrs of experience. But it's really a stock photo used on lots of websites. They pay doctors for testimonials and give them scripts. They also pay customers for testimonials and one person said they regretted it cuz they didn't see any results. So be careful and do ur own research on the ingredients. I did this cuz my mom was gonna use their stuff for her eyes but it coulda made her blind. We decided not to buy from them. I'm not trying to hurt the company, just help people who might get lied to. They should update their website with the truth. I used a fake name cuz I don't want them coming after me but my parents are customers.

Holistic Labs Ltd sent me their product with a renewal for November . They took the money out of my account and sent the product before the date. I called Customer Service to refuse the package, but they charged me $18.00 for shipping. They did the same thing again in July and won't give me the shipping cost because of their mistake. This is not right. I like the products, but I don't like how Customer Service operates. They shouldn't charge me for their mistakes. Please look into this.
We did a bone density test for my wife a year ago and bought a year's worth of Osteo Alive hoping it would help her Osteopenia. It did NOT work and the bone density test yesterday showed decreasing bone density. Osteo Alive would not take back the remaining product we still have, so we will have to throw it away.
