The Salvation Army USA review: Service/emergency funding

Around Mid July 2025 Com ed offered asst (Comed Relief Fund) of which I was told online applications must go through Salvation Army to be submitted which I filled out and submitted to the Salvation Army. After months of inquiring with Com Ed no application was submitted. I inquried with Salvation Army they said they have nothing to do with it refused to pull my folder and just told me to keep contact Com ed. This incident cost me emergency funding that was greatly needed. On 11/26/2026 I applied for financial assistance for the holiday season sent several emails to Justin Villarreal and Alvy Butler only to be ignored and unanswered as with the Com ed relief fund emergency funding missed. 04/06/2026 I applied for Aqua Assistance for water bill sent emails to Justin Villarreal and Alvy Butler for status and revisited on 04/13/2026 only to be told by Justin when they do their job he will do his and he saw my emails sent more emails to both parties no response or return calls water is at risk of shut off desperately need assistance but as in other situations Im being treated horribly and ignored and have no other place to go for assistance plz help me
