The Salvation Army USA review: Front door swung shut and cut open my heel.

I came to the Salvation Army with my daughter on Aug 22, 2026 at 11 am. My daughter and I went into the Salvation Army and the front door swung shut without a slow close and cut my heel open. The lady at the front desk gave me alcohol, napkins and band-aids. It took a while for it to stop bleeding. I am still in pain and unable to wear regular shoes at work (I work for the Veterans Dept). The Lady at the front had one of the fellow employees check the door and he came back and told there was nothing stopping the door and it just swings shut. THEY DID NOTING ABOUT IT. No one got my name, number or even tried to reach out while I was in store. The lack of empathy is astounding for a charity that cares about the community.
