The Salvation Army USA review: Fall/halloween decorations

As a frequent shopper and supporter of the Salvation Army I was appalled to find that my store on 7000 Transit Rd Buffalo is fully decorated with merchandize BUT it is not for sale! WHY NOT? As I have come to learn this store and our Buffalo NY stores and run by a mother as district mngr her sister as some other manager and the Transit Rd store is managed by the daughter{Who is habitually late for work}. I am only a shopper but I have worked in several retail shops and I know how important selling items is to the success of a business! I also donate frequently but I will not do so if my items are not being made available to people in need!I As the family manages the stores in the Buffalo market it would not do me any good to make my complaints voiced there, so please make sure my complaint gets to the right people! I am very disappointed with the store on Transit Road!
