I am representing my clients (Jones) after their stay at your hotel . Confirmation booking ref :- [protected] . Both their daughter and son suffered severe food poisoning 30th December resulting in medical attention for dehydration, sickness and diarrhoea for 4 days , high temperature and had to have a IV drip . The food poisoning was from the restaurant.

Claimed loss: I am claiming for the hotel accommodation costs , medical bills incurred and the four days loss of holiday. The total loss amounts to £289193.60THB

Desired outcome: Full refund of hotel costs and medical bills and compensation for the loss of four days to their holiday .
