I ordered a Will Oversized Shirt on 4/24/23 and the UPS said the shirt was delivered in my mailbox on 4/27/23. I live in the city and my mailbox is locked. When I went to grab the package, it was not there and no where to be found in the front of the apartment building. This has never happened to me with Reformation orders before. I have emailed Reformation at least 4-5 times over the past couple of weeks, never getting a resolution and it takes DAYS to get even an automated message back to me. I have also tried text messaging 2-3 times and got messages that said they have a high volume of messages and will get back to me ASAP, but again, I have not heard anything for days.

Reformation items are TOO EXPENSIVE to not have a resolution on lost packages. This is actually some of the worst customer service I have ever received. I love reformation, and have spent thousands of dollars on their items over the years, but this has been really disappointing and I probably will try to spend my money somewhere else from now on.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund on my order or be sent the shirt I ordered weeks ago.
