On 25 August 2026, I received a call from your Koothattukulam Professional Couriers office from the number 9072320012. They informed me that a parcel had arrived and, since the next day was Onam, home delivery would not be available. They asked me to collect the parcel directly from the office.

Accordingly, we reached the office on 25 August itself, but the office was closed.

After that, I called the same number 3–4 times to follow up. Each time, they told me that the parcel would be delivered "today" or "tomorrow." However, the parcel has still not been delivered.

12/09/2026, when I called the same number again, the person spoke to me in a very rude manner. I told him that if they were unable to deliver the parcel, they could return it to the sender. His response was that they had no problem and that they could simply return the parcel.

This is a very bad experience with the courier service.

Recommendation: Not recommended
