Cracker Barrel review: Very disapointing!

My family frequently visits the Flagstaff location. This visit was very disappointing. The other members of my family had good meals, however mine was not good at all. I ordered the Signature Fried chicken dinner. I was told after ordering they had no white gravey. When the dinner arrived the chicken tasted like it had been fried in old oil. I requested they replace the mashed potatos with the fries. The carrots were very good The bisquits did not have honey available.
I did not have a good experience at all.
