Overall Rating: -5 out of 5 stars (Worst Possible)
My experience with The Brick has been, without a doubt, the worst retail experience I have ever had. I purchased a Samsung 80" TV and was promised quality service. What I received was deformed TV. The replacement burnt out in 1hr of use.
First Defective Product
The initial TV arrived with a significant defect and cracked bezel. Dealing with the return process was already an inconvenience, but I accepted the replacement, believing it was a one-off issue.
What pissed me off is. I was asked to contact Samsung myself. Samsung asked me to contact The Brick.
The Replacement Was Also Defective
Shockingly, the replacement unit was also faulty. Within just 1hr, the second TV failed and no longer turned on. This time I called Samsung. Samsung guided me troubleshooting steps and confirmed the TV is defective. I took the reference number back to The Brick waited for a week without a follow-up. I asked for a refund and The Brick refused!
The Unacceptable Refusal to Refund
After two consecutive failures, I immediately requested a full refund. At this point, I no longer trust the quality of their products. Despite the clear evidence that they have failed to provide a working item twice, The Brick is refusing to issue a refund, insisting only on a third replacement or an in-store credit.
I am now stuck in a situation where I have wasted valuable time, tied up a significant amount of money, and cannot get reimbursed for a product they demonstrably cannot deliver in working condition. This is not customer service; this is holding a customer's money hostage.
AVOID shopping here. The risk of receiving defective merchandise combined with their terrible refusal to stand behind their sales is not worth the slight savings. I strongly advise taking your business elsewhere, where they value quality and respect refund policies.
