My emails have been filtered so as to not having them passed on to the intended parties. Can no longer use PAYPAL, am unable to unsubscribe from useless and obnoxious emails, attempts to receive help from companies I have made purchases through aren't responding apparently because they never receive them.

Two previous complaints to their office in Butler, PA have yielded no satisfaction after speaking with two different supervisors.

denial of service - email disruption
fraud - paying for a service not 100% supplied
harassment - previous complaints not acted up, service disruption continues

Emails follow:

Thank you once again for your response, Ken.
We have escalated your concerns to our supervisory/management team. A supervisor will be
reaching out to you by phone to further discuss and address your concerns.
Thank you again for your correspondence, and we hope you have a good evening.
Sincerely,
Miranda

Miranda,

I appreciate your fast response and information provided to mitigate any SPAM emails and I have
verified those points raised. However please reconsider the problems I'm having:

Past email-clogging events came with the sending address labeled as 'me'. That's it. If I were
to add that to a filter I would get no emails at all.

Receiving unwanted obnoxious site emails clearly require my address to be entered on a request
page - something I have not done, and I'm quite upset about that.

Lastly, I'm changing my email-of-record on as many sites as I can. Sometimes in the process the
particular site requires verification and an email is sent to my current email of record (which
is through Armstrong). I never receive that verification email, therefore am unable to make the
change. I've gone so far as to send myself email messages to verify that I am getting messages
sent to my address. It comes through alright, but after a noticeable delay, as though it's being
run through some sort of filter.

Who else would have the capability to enable such actions? All the necessary information is at
your fingertips, and there is no go-between from my home to the internet other than Armstrong.

Since Armstrong is a local ISP provider I'm left to surmise there is one or more employees in
your company that are attempting to aggravate and disrupt my personal business and enjoyment of
internet access. This borders upon multiple legal issues - intimidation, aggravation, invasion of
privacy, denial of service, fraud (paying for services not delivered). I'm at a point here of
contacting legal assistance if these issues are not dealt with immediately. I believe some
employee(s) need to be relieved of their duty with Armstrong and an internal memo be sent through
your company.

No joke Miranda. I've had it.

Hello, Ken.

We appreciate your taking the time to reach out to Armstrong via email. We are sorry to hear
that you are receiving unwanted emails in your inbox, and we are also sorry to hear of the other
difficulties that you have been dealing with.

Your Armstrong email offers the option to block specific email addresses/domains from being able
to send you mail. To do this, please sign into your email via www.armstrongmywire.com. First,
please make sure that you are using the "Advanced" version of our webmail. You can check this by
clicking on "Preferences", then "General". It is the first option under the heading of "Sign In
Options". If you aren't using the "Advanced" version, please select that option, then click the
"Save" button in the upper left of the page. Then you will need to sign out and sign back into
your email.

Once you have confirmed that you are signed in and using the "Advanced" version of our webmail,
please click the "Preferences" tab again. Next, please click on the "Mail" tab on the left of the
page, and scroll down to the "Spam Mail Options". Here, you will see the spot where you can input
addresses or domains to prevent them from being able to email you. Once you have added the addresses,
please be sure to click the "Save" tab, in the upper left of the page before proceeding.

We are also attaching a document with detailed steps for how to setup specialized spam filters.

If you continue to have issues with receiving spam messages after completing the steps listed above,
please reach out to our Technical Support Helpdesk by calling [protected] so that we can provide
additional assistance. Thank you again for your email, and for being a valued Armstrong customer!

Sincerely,

Miranda
