I just received a mini Charge 3 + speaker which I never ordered and I would like to know how these people gets my details:-
It says if undelivered return to a local address in Southall but it has a customs label? so if it is a local company why is there a customs label? These people are fooling someone and company into sending stuff to people saying it is commercial samples which it is not this is absolutely crazy.
Desired outcome: That the company gets investigated and they should stop conning innocent people.
I received a parcel today and it had nothing but pieces of scrap paper in it! No idea how they have my details or why this was sent but I’ll definitely be reporting them!
I have also received a Charge Mini 3+ from the same address.
A small card included in the package states:

What a Rip off SCAMMERS they need reporting
I have received two Mini 3+ which I have not ordered and I know nothing about. I hope that I am not going to be charged for these as I have never ordered them.
