Yesterday I booked a reservation for 2 people at the Texas Roadhouse in Union City, CA for 2pm. I arrived at 1:45pm to check in. I waited until 2:20pm until a server came to walk me to my table and told me that I had to wait longer until my 2nd guest arrived. He was running late and literally was just a few minutes away.
This is unacceptable. There were other parties who were seated and I showed up on time. I decided to share my experience with 500+ facebook friends and will be writing corporate. My other friend had a similar experience. All customers, regardless of group size or skin color, should be treated with respect and accommodated. I will not be servicing your business in the future. And will share this with as many outlets as possible.
Go to Chili's instead. Their food is more affordable and waitstaff diverse.
Recommendation: Do not Support a Racist - Greedy Establishment who just cares about numbers instead of each customer.

No it is NOT unacceptable. You may ae showed up on time, but your guest did not. This has NOTHING to do with skin color, EVERYONE, black, white Indian. Chinese est has to follow the same rules. If the whole party is not here, they have to wait for everyone to arrive. I am sure that this was stated when you made reservations. I doubt they said this only applies to a certain skin tone. You will NOT be missed and this is not be missed. Since EVERYONE must follow the same rules, it is NOT racism. Stop playing the race card.
Honestly, people who play the race card need to be sued. You are ASHAMED of your race.
